USEFUL HINTS

Tuesday evenings there will be no dinner served.

Dogs: dogs are admitted only by prior agreement, and with an additional charge of € 15,00 per day (food is not included). In case of necessity, € 20,00 for  the final cleaning. The access to the dining room is not allowed.

The hotel bill can be settled in cash, with EC card or with credit card.
Limited cash payment in accordance with Italian regulations.

Room wish: Please understand that all rooms will be allocated regarding their availability and that it is not possible to book certain room numbers or floors.

On festive days and special events, we may offer high-season rates.

Check-in between 12:00 and 18:00 - reception is unmanned after 18:00

CANCELLATION POLICY

Occasionally, something can happen before the start and during your vacation! In such cases we will do our best to help out. Cancellations are regulated at the Löwenwirt as follows:

· Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 month before you are due to arrive.
· 25% of costs will be charged for cancellations made up to 3 weeks before you arrive.
· 50% of costs will be charged for cancellations made up to 2 weeks before you arrive.
· If you cancel your holiday one week before arrival, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
· If you cancel your holiday less than 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Secure yourself and take out this trip cancellation insurance  right now. The insurance must be taken out at the same time as the journey is booked.
